Refund and Cancellation

Welcome to B2C Club, a Nandhar Technologies LLP product. The Refund and Cancellation govern your access and use of our platform. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are available under specific circumstances :

Failure to deliver software or provide access post - purchase.

Incorrect billing due to technical or system errors.

Duplicate charges for the same order.

Software malfunction as described, unresolved after support team assistance.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds are not provided in the following instances:

Change of mind after purchase.

Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle.

Purchase of an incorrect plan or product without prior support contact.

Software access or usage beyond the trial period.

Issues stemming from third - party hardware, internet, or system compatibility.

Non-refundable customizations, implementation services, or setup fees once initiated.

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING & CANCELLATION

Monthly Plans: Cancellation is permitted at any time; however, the subscription remains active until the current billing period's conclusion. Partial refunds are not offered.

Annual Plans: Cancellation within the first 10 days qualifies for a full refund (less any service fees). After this period, refunds may be prorated or unavailable.

REFUND PROCESS

Upon refund approval:

Processing will occur within 5 - 10 business days.

A confirmation email will be sent upon refund initiation.

This refund policy is subject to updates. Revisions will be posted on this page, with significant changes potentially communicated via email or in - app notifications.
